Filter by Group

Frequently used groups of Contacts or Documents etc. are easily organized with build in groups, that can be setup in ZynRg's easy to use filter designer. For example: You can set up a filter for all contacts or accounts with the status "new lead" for quick access for the sales team, which can then pursue the lead.

By setting up filters for groups of documents etc. you will ease the workflow and increase the work productivity, this is done by your teams and employees always having the correct information close by hand and decreasing the amount of time they would have to search for specific accounts etc.

Setting up a filter lets you sort 20 accounts out of 1000 by the click of a button.
